Scarce re-issue by George Willdey of Saxton's map of these two Midland counties. Much revised and updated since the first 1579 publication, with the addition of town plans and coats of arms in blank areas around the map, as well as roads, place names and so on in the map itself. Willdey's map appeared in his publication, "Shires of England ...".
