A large-scale and impressive map of North and South America together, printed on four sheets, now joined. A large decorative titlepiece at lower right combines rococo scroll work, foliage, waterfalls, a Native American head-dress and an alligator. A panel of text at the left lists the various vying European powers and their respective island and mainland dependencies. An interesting and attractive map.
