Five large-scale sheets at a scale of one inch to the mile, showing very detailed coverage of the county. Each sheet comprises four dissected pieces laid on linen, folding into a custom made, but somewhat distressed, binding of quarter calf boards. Joints cracked and some rubbing. Each of the first four sheets shows a printed date of 1813 and the fifth sheet shows the date 1839. OS blind stamps show 1860. A scarce set in a practical, useful format, as opposed to loose sheets or dissected for pocket use.
