An attractive and detailed view of mid-seventeenth century London from the South Bank showing St. Paul's before the Fire and a built-upon London Bridge. Figures in the foreground are shown in period costume. The clearly engraved view is set within an ornate and separately engraved architectural surround, necessitating two separate printing processes.
