Extending from Kandahar and Kabul to Surat and the Bay of Bengal showing all northern India within the two great rivers. Vincenzo Coronelli, the great Italian mapmaker and geographer, produced a map geographically based on Hondius but defined by its boldly engraved and decorated titlepiece and dedication panel, each adorned with banners, weaponry and the coats of arms of dedicatee, Girolamo Correr.
