A detailed plan of Sandown Park Racecourse in Esher, Surrey. The map was published by Southwood Smith & Co. Ltd in London and we have been unable to find any records of the map on COPAC or WorldCat. A note on the map states "The Steeple Chase Course is quite independent of the flat race course. Fences placed approximately. NOTE. There are no six furlong raced here". Sandwon Park was one of the first courses to charge for all attending when it opened in 1875 (according to Wikipedia). Minor tears repaired.
