A finely engraved and detailed map comprising a central hemisphere northwards from 60 degrees with, in each corner enlarged details of Sptzbergen, Nova Zemla, East and South-West Greenland. The latest locations of recent United States, Russian and European expeditions are shown, the most up-to-date and furthest north being Nansen's location in June 1895, marked as 86.13.36, with another location 14th April 1900, marked 86.33?.
